A student and a 71-year-old woman have become unlikely best friends after meeting by chance in the middle of the night - despite their 52 year age gap. Rebecca McCurry, 19, spotted Ann, a grandmother of five, walking the streets of Glasgow alone late at night so went over to make sure she was ok.
