A 12-year-old boy was arrested Sunday in the deaths of another boy and a woman in an apartment, and police said the slayings likely stemmed from a domestic dispute.The victims, a 9-year-old boy and a 31-year-old woman, were found Sunday morning in an apartment, said Cpl.
