CannTrust Holdings Inc. has put its cannabis sales on hold after a report by Health Canada saying the companys greenhouse facility in Pelham is non-compliant with certain regulations.Pelham, situated near Niagara Falls, is where the Vaughan-based CannTrust grows much of its cannabis.In a statement, CannTrust said the non-compliant rating is based on observations in five unlicensed rooms and that there was inaccurate information provided to the regulator by CannTrust employees. A man has been arrested after police say he impersonated an officer in September.On Sept. 28, Bowling Green police said they were notified of a man driving a black sedan that had approached two Potter Gray Elementary School students walking home from school and offered them candy.After the students declined, the man showed them a badge and and stated he was a police officer, authorities said.BGPD said the man told them he was campaigning in the neighborhood at the time. Police said the man was found not to be a police officer in Bowling Green or in nearby counties.As a result, BGPD obtained a warrant for Robert A.
