The US House of Representatives will vote Tuesday to try and override President Donald Trumps veto of a resolution passed earlier by congress overturning his declaration of emergency to fund his promised wall along the border with Mexico. But it is unlikely to succeed. The Republican-led senate is also unlikely to come up with two-third majority, 66 votes, needed to override the veto when it takes it up for a vote. The presidents emergency declaration has been seen as an attempt by the executive branch to go around congress to find money for the wall denied to it by congress, which holds the governments pursestrings. Upon returning to his vehicle, the victim was approached by a suspect who opened the car door, according to the San Diego Police Department.
