First St. and is limited to 12 participants.The Babysitter脙茠脗垄脙垄芒鈧∶偮兟⒚⑩偓啪脗垄s Training program provides youth age 11 脙茠脗垄脙垄芒鈧∶偮兟⒚⑩€毬? 15 with the leadership skills, the knowledge and the techniques required to provide child care in a safe and fun setting.Participants will define leadership and identify role modeling, communication, motivation, taking action and decision making as important leadership skills.Students learn the importance of safety including safe play as well as basic safety care issues.An important part of this program is learning how to obtain safe and appropriate babysitting jobs.Program participants learn how to use good busines stanley cup s practices and work behaviors as well as how to learn to say no if a situation makes them uncomfortable.This is the last class offering before summer vacation, so interested youth are encouraged to call to register early.The next session will be offered in late June.For more information or to register for this class, call 343-0967 or go to syrarc.org and
