Moss, initially attempted to make a traffic stop on a 2007 Cadillac that did not stop for a school bus that had its stop arms and lights activated, Georgia State Patrol spokesman Gordy Wright said.The driver didn t stop for the trooper until pulling into a convenience store. When Moss checked the driver s name, he discovered that the driver didn t have a license, Wright said.The driver then pulled off in his vehicle, and a pursuit ensued until the driver exited his vehicle.
