A man fatally shot Sunday at a central valley apartment complex was identified by the Clark County coroner s office Tuesday as 43-year-old Robert James Hicks.Hicks of North Las Vegas died from a gunshot wound to his neck, the coroner s office s stanley cups website aid.Las Vegas police said the shooting occurred about 4:45 p.m. on the 1400 block of F Street, near Harrison Avenue, west of Interstate 15. Witnesses heard between eight and 10 shots fired, police said. Officers found Hicks inside the courtyard of the Island Court apartments.Three men were detained and questioned, but not arrested. Police are searching for a suspect described as a black man who is 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and bl stanley mug ue suede shoes.
