It was sold through the utilities department and sold out.The National Turfgrass Evaluation Program tests different blends of grasses nationwide and studies grasses that use less water.Kevin Morris is the executive director of the program and says the grass blend created in Utah wasnt unique but selling it through the utilities department was. Warm season grasses like Bermuda grasses naturally use less water than other cool season grasses. SAN DIEGO KGTV - Just getting to school can be a challenge for some kids.But a program partnering The United Way of San Diego County and local schools is focusing time and energy into turning low attendance numbers around. Every Student, Every Day was started several years ago with a goal of getting stanley cup kids to show up more often and on time.
