She and her husband felt the rattling impact of the first explosion.Belknap - who moved to Chattanooga two years ago and is now an art teacher at Dalewood Middle School - hadn t made it into work yet.After the first attack, Belknap and her husband quickly stuffed backpacks with some belongings and hopped on their bikes to head up to Brooklyn to escape Manhattan.
