SALT LAKE CITY 鈥?A man accused of assaulting law enforcement in both Washington and at his home in West Jordan, plans to enter a guilty plea to the first set of charges.A defense attorney and a prosecutor entered a joint report Monday saying Justin Dee Adams, 49, will plead guilty. The report didnt specify which charge he will admit to. The judge ordered the lawyers to file another report by June 16.Court records say Adams and two companions traveled to Washington, D.C., for the Jan. 6, 2021 S stanley cup top the Steal rally. As a riot broke out on the upper west plaza of the Capitol, prosecutors allege, Adams charged the police line.Still photos taken from body camera video depict Adams pulling on a bike rack police were using for crowd control. Matthew Aaron Rogers Matthew Aaron Rogers Dalton police officers are looking for Matthew Aaron Rogers, 28, who is suspected of stealing this red and blue Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle with Georgia tag TFT150. Dalton police officers are looking for Matthew Aaron Rogers, 28, on warrants related to the theft of a motorcycle from a local title pawn business, according to a Dalton Police Department news release.The incide adidas campus 80s nt happened at approximately 9:30 p.m. April 15 at National Title Pawn at 2522 East Walnut Avenue. A motorcycle parked in the lot behind the business was removed from the lot through a hole that was cut in the fence.A suspect, later identified as Rogers, was be seen on surveillance video entering the fenced in area behind the business and entering unlocked cars in the lot. Investigators were unable to determine what, if anything, was taken from these cars.The suspect was recorded approaching the area where the motorcycle was parked and then was recorded riding out of the view of the camera on the bike.Responding officers located and collected several tools near the hole in the fence including a hammer, a screwdriver and electrica adidas yeezy l crimpers.In the following days, Dalton detectives developed leads on the case and determined that Rogers was the person who stole the bike. Before the Sharrock family was chosen for the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition build last week, they faced an uncertain financial future and had begun cutting services, such as their home phone line and Internet.Now, thanks to the new house and gifts from the stanley cup community, their monetary foundation is as solid as the one under their stone-front Irish cottage. Everything that I worried about when I woke up every morning is gone, said Michael Sharrock, speaking to the media Sunday morning for the first time since seeing his new home Saturday.
