LAHORE:Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik of the Lahore High Court on Thursday directed police not to harass a man nominated in an FIR for kidnapping a businessman from a mental hospital, as the abducted man, Abraiz Ahmed, told the court that no one had kidnapped him.Ahmed said he escaped from the hospital after his former wife and two uncles had forcibly admitted him to steal his property by falsely declaring him mad. He said police had connived with his former wife and two uncles. Shah told the court that police have arrested and tortured some of their friends.
