The three children who were ejected during a SUV rollover that killed a 9-year-old girl Wednesday morning were not wearing seat belts, according to a Nevada Highway Patrol initial investigation.NHP said the driver, Wendy Carrion, 22, and six children were traveling north on Interstate 15 in a 2002 Ford Explorer.
