A pair of empty boots sat beside the truck. Around 10 a.m., a tow truck removed the pickup truck from the scene. Hogan is the 27th homicide victim in Chattanooga so far this year - tying the total number of homicides in all of 2014. This year s homicide count includes the Arrl Section of Airport Road closed because of sinkhole
