AP KABUL, Afghanistan - Senior Afghan officials say five Taliban fighters held by the U.S. in the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have agreed to a proposed transfer to the Gulf state of Qatar.The transfer is meant as an incentive for the Taliban to partici stanley cup pate in peace talks. The new details were provided by Doctor Jose Luis Garcia Sabrido, who was brought to Havana last Thursday for stanley cup a consultation on the progress of Castro s t stanley cup reatment. The Associated Press reports Garcia, the chief surgeon at Madrid s Gregorio Maranon Hospital, said He hasn t got cancer hellip; It is not planned that he will undergo another operation for the moment. His condition is stable. Miriam Ribas, a biologist retired from Havana s Animal Sciences Institute, expressed relief when told about Garcia s statements. I was really worried, she said.
