LAHORE:Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan of the Lahore High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition as withdrawn, for the disqualification of fo air max95 rmer MPA Farooq Yousaf Ghurki. Iftikhar Ahmed, a voter from PP-159, had filed a petition seeking Ghurki s disqualification for contesting the 2008 elections on a fake bachelor s degree. Earlier, Ghurki s counsel requested the court to set aside an ex-parte order passed air max 1 on March 20 disqualifying Ghurki. The counsel also presented the relevant documents. Ahmed later sought to withdraw his petition. The court expressed annoyance in the matter and fined him Rs200,000.
