GUJRANWALA:A man was beaten up by citizens on Monday after he was caught stealing gas meters and regulators. He was handed over to the police. Satellite Town police said that some people, on their way from the neighbourhood mosque, noticed Muhammad Zulfiqar, stealing a gas meter and a regulator from outside a house. Police said the man had confessed to stealing gas and electricity meters.
