The chairman of the Appropriations Committee announced Monday that his time in the Senate will come to an end in a month for health reasons.Cochran, who turned 80 in Decemb stanley canada er, stayed home for a month last fall with urinary tract infections, returning to Washington in October to give Republicans the majority they needed to pass a budget plan.
