A, Oswego, was arrested for first-degree criminal sex act, a class B felony; first-degree rape, a class B felony; first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony and endangering the welfare of a child.Albert M. MoodyThe charges stem from the investigation into an incident stanley quencher in which he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse along with other sexual relations with the victim being 12 at a town of Scriba residence in the months of October, November and December 20 stanley thermos 11.Mr. Moody was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court by Judge Adkins and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.He is to return to court on Oct. 4.This case remains an open investigation.If anyone has any more information pertaining to this investigation, please contact the Oswego County Sheriffs Office at 349 stanley becher -3411.
