A joint investigation between the Oswego County Sheriffs Office, the Onondaga County Sheriffs Office, and the City of Fulton Police Department has resulted in the arrest of a Fulton man who was involved in a murder-for-hire plot.Quentin J. HicksOswego Sheriffs Deputies received information that 42 year old Quentin J. Hicks of 519 Rochester Street in Fulton was trying to hire another man to kill Hicks wife.At the onset of the investigation, Oswego Sheriffs Investigators notified the Onondaga County Sheriffs Office, as the intended victim is a resident of Onondaga County.Also notified was the Fulton City Police Department, as Hicks owns several properties around Fulton and was likely living there.Each agency worked on a different aspect of the investigation, which revealed that items were exchanged between Hicks and another co-conspirator to further the murder of Hicks wife.The case culminated in the arrest of Hicks on June 23, at about 8:50 p.m.聽 Sheriffs Investigators a stanley becher ffected a search warrant of Hicks Rochester Street home.Hicks was charged with Conspiracy in the Second Degree, a Class B felony.
