The candlelight vigil will be held in her honor on Thursday, April 20.The gathering will begin at 6:30 p.m. meeting at the Fulton downtown gazebo located on South First Street across from Canal Street.The group will then wal stanley quencher k the short distance to the Oswego River for the candle light ceremony.Organizers have asked anyone interested in attending to bring their own candles if possible.Neivels family is aware of the ceremony and intends to be present.Her sister has provided information for a Go Fund Me account to help lessen the encumbrance of funeral costs, travel expenses, and finally to provide for the childrens futures.
