Georgetown resident Terri Mosher was honoured at the Sept. 25 meeting of Halton Hills council with a very special award from Governor General, David Johnston.Mos stanley cup her received the Governor Generals Sovereign Medal for Volunteers for her tireless efforts working for the Georgetown Bread Basket food bank.She started volunteering with the food bank in 2007 and has since served in many roles including chair and treasurer. She has been instrumental in expanding outreach and donations during her time with the organization.
