A man and woman were arrested April 12 after an officer responded to a welfare check on two people passed out in a vehicle, according to Cave City Police Department.On Tuesday, April 12, an officer responded to a Dairy Queen in Cave City for a welfare check on two people who appeared stanley cup to be passed out in a vehicle.Crystall Cro stanley flask ne, 49, and James Owens, 34, were identified. The police department stated the officer located some pills in baggies in the vehicle, which Owens claimed to be his.
