MIRAMICHI, N.B. 鈥?Two Halifax men have been sentenced to four months in jail for assaulting Dennis Oland in a New Brunswick prison last year.Convicted killer Cody Alexander Muise and Aaron Marriott, who was convicted in a 2008 drug shooting, attacked Oland at Atlantic Institution in Renous, N.B., on July 31 of last year.Both men pleaded guilty in September as their trial was set to begin. ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW Oland, a Saint John, N.B., financial planner, was in jail after being convicted of second-degree murder in the 2011 bludgeoning of his multi-millionaire father, businessman Richard Oland. Playgrounds and petting zoos and the fall time is the time to crack open some apple cider and enjoy the breeze.Jacksons Orchard is open for the fall season with cute little pumpkins, delicious apples and jams!They are also selling delicious apple cider.Over the weekend, the orchard was packed full of excited visitors and smiling children as they rode horses, slid down slides, and picked out a bushel of apples.Throughout the week the local business is also hosting fun activities for fa stanley cup ll break.Jonathan Price, the orchard manager, says the farm is home and a staple in the community. This is our 55th year.
