National Corvette Museum receives $10,000 grantMay 22, 2019 , Share This StoryFacebookTwitteremailPrintLinkedinRedditBOWLING GREEN, Ky.-A $10,000 grant has been given to the National Corvette Museum to help fund programs that teach teens learn to drive safely.The grant is provided by State Farm Insurance as part of their Good Neighbor Grant initiative.Funding will go to Mechanics Clinic, Driver Safety Awareness Day and Tire Racks Street Survival.State Farm has partnered with the museum to provide financial support for the teen driving programs since 2013.At the Corvette Museum, its long been a priority to educate young drivers about safety. They do hands on coaching behind the wheel. They learn where their blind spots are. They learn where things like semis blind spots are, and other tips and tricks to driving.
