Around 1:20 a.m., police were called to a local hospital after reports of a walk-in shooting victim. Police spoke with the 28-year-old man who was shot in the chest, and he was immediately taken to surgery and is listed in critical condition. There they found a 29-year-old woman with gunshots to her head and chest. Medics responded to the scene and declared her dead. Homicide detectives are investigating this incident.
