A Baltimore County officer who responded to the scene to investigate was then assaulted by the suspect who took off on foot.Officers gave chase through campus property which prompted the lock down.Shortly after losing sight of the fleeing suspect, police got word of a carjacking in the parking lot of a nearby hospital. The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Zaron Savyon Elzey, was later located and arrested on charges related to the entire chain stanley cup of even stanley vattenflaska ts.Elzey is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review hearing.
