Police responded to the 5400 block of Kenwood Avenue in White Marsh for a call of a shooting.Police say a 20-year-old man was shot in the upper body while attending a gathering.He was drive stanley flask n to a local hospital and has since been released.Thent just after 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, a man was stanley website shot in the upper body while walking in 3600 block of Rockdale Terrace in Windsor Mill/Officers placed a tourniquet on the victim before he was transported to a local hospital by medics.
