Jibl 25-year-old man dead after shooting in Federal Hill
A Bing Maps street view camera captured a homicide victim lying on the ground at the corner of Pennington Avenue vaso stanley and Hazel Street in Baltimore s Curtis Bay neighborhood.The images were taken April 29, 2015. For weeks, daycare providers have been taking care of essential workers children.
