BALTIMORE 鈥?Baltimore Police were on the scene of a barricade for more than 40 hours.Around 9:20 Tuesday night, officers were called to a home in the 1700 block of East Chase Street, for reports of someone possibly firing a gun inside.The surrounding areas had been taped off.
