BALTIMORE 鈥?One person is dead following a three-alarm fire in South stanley cup west Baltimore.Just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, fire crews responded to the 2100 block of Ramsay Street for a report of a row home fire.As the fire intensified, it spread to three other homes.Officials say they pulled one unconscious man from the home, suffering from a cardiac arrest.
