He was reported missing on Feb. 26 by his social worker.Julius is described by police as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds in weight, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black samba shoes jogging pants and a multi-color t-shirt.Anyone with information on Julius whereabouts should contact Cleveland police at 216-623-5263.
