CHICAGO A judge has ordered two gang members held without bail in the death of a 15-year-old Chicago stanley mugs honor student. The girl was shot dead just days after she performed at events for President Barack Obama s inauguration. First lady Michelle Obama attended her funeral.Prosecutors say they have cellphone records placing Williams in the same area where Hadiya was shot. They say Ward told police his gang and a rival gang had been shooting at each other since 2010. Ward said the rival gang killed one of his friends, and he was still upset. Prosecutors said Williams was driving the car and provided the gun when the two pulled up to a South Side park where a group of students were taking shelter from the rain, reports CBS affiliate WBBM in Chicago. The case involving a former physician for the Tampa Bay Rays has been re-opened after it was previously decided he would not face charges after reported sexual battery that happened between 2008-2009.Since the victim was an adult at the time of the incident, officials said the statute of limitation had concluded and no charges could be filed.However, St. Pete Police said that the victim wanted to provide detectives with additional evidence/i hoka wanderschuh nformation, and re-opened the case.Dr. Michael Reilly is also being investigated for two additional simple battery cases after two more women came forward.The doctor released the following statement:I am surprised and saddened by the claims made against me, and I deny the allegations of inappropriate conduct. I have reviewed the police reports recommending closing the matters. Outside of Ms. Holzerlands claims, the St. Petersburg Police Department has not yeezy contacted me or my lawyers about any closed or newly-opened investigations.
