A useful itinerary question
- Travel month and total nights
- Arrival and departure cities
- Number of travellers and preferred pace
- Budget range, excluding or including flights
- Main interests: cities, beaches, wildlife, food, walks or culture
- Transport you are considering and any accessibility needs
List your proposed overnight stops and flag the parts you are unsure about. For example: “We have 12 nights, arrive in Sydney and leave Brisbane. We would like three bases and prefer not to drive every day. How would you divide the nights?”
If you are replying, explain the trade-offs: what would you leave out, where would you add time and which transfer needs checking? Please give the date of any first-hand experience and avoid presenting old prices or timetables as current.
